Rest and Recover Bath Salts

Ingredients: 300g (Magnesium Salt Flakes, Pink Himalayan Salt, Scottish Oats, Calendula Flowers, Rose Petals, Lavender Essential Oil)

• Soak away the stresses of the day with a blend of magnesium salt, which helps to relieve sore muscles and aid in sleep
• Anti-inflammatory pink Himalayan salt, which is believed to draw toxins from the body
• Calendula and oats to nourish the skin and soothe irritation; and rose, for relaxation, self-care and healthy boundaries
• Lavender essential oil promotes sleep and rest. Comes with a linen bag to soak in the bath

Directions: Fill the muslin bag with the bath salt blend and add to the bath while it’s running. If you don’t have a bath tub, try a relaxing foot or hand bath. After the salt has dissolved you can use the muslin bag to gently exfoliate your skin. The bag can simply be washed and reused.
