When you buy from our shop, you’re doing more than treating yourself or purchasing a gift — you’re helping us make a real difference to families in Glasgow. We aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Please read the information below for full details on shipping, customs & duties, and returns.
In-store pickup available on in stock items from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday at Amma Birth Companions (Location: Floor 5, 1 Cadogan Square, 51 Cadogan Street, Glasgow G2 7HF).
Shipping Locations
We currently only ship to the United Kingdom. If you live outside the UK, please contact us before placing your order.
Flat-Rate Shipping
We offer simple flat-rate shipping:

UK: £3.50 per order

Europe: £10 per order

Shipping is charged once per order, regardless of the number of items purchased.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). During busy periods, processing times may take slightly longer.
Estimated Delivery Times
UK: 2–5 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, customs clearance, or peak periods.
Tracking
Tracking is provided where available. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
We use trusted delivery partners such as Royal Mail, DPD, and DHL, depending on destination and service availability.
Customs & Duties
EU orders up to €150:
EU VAT and duties are paid at checkout, so there are no additional charges on delivery.
EU orders over €150:
Local VAT and customs duties may be applied upon import and are the responsibility of the buyer.
International orders outside the UK, EU, or US:
Local VAT and customs duties may be applied upon import and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please note that customs policies vary by country and are outside of our control.
Returns
We hope you love your products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns.

Please contact us by email with your order number before returning any items.

If your item arrives damaged, we will provide a prepaid returns label.

For all other returns, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Returned items must be unused, in a sellable condition, and in their original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed in line with our returns policy.
